  • Is it good to do an intense leg routine, then straight after do 30 minutes cardio, then 15 minutes later take your post workout nutrition(simple carbs and some protein)

  • Ohh yea i run and play hoops daily and just added circuit body weight movements as well 5-6 days per week.

  • How do i know if my glycogen tank is full or not? In other words how can i avoid spill over all year round w/o removing carbs from my diet.
