@naynos I agree. One of the biggest problems with popular music is that it's inauthentic at its core. In one verse of Sinner's Prayer, you get a depth of emotion that you can't get in all of pop. The sad fact is that most people don't want to deal with how blues puts your feet under you so you can stand up, they'd rather escape behind rose coloured glasses and hope it'll all be better magically.
