It doesnt get any better then this. I´ve listened to the "Deus ex machina" record since it was released at a regular basis. A tip is to study to the record, its very inspiring. Sometimes its on for several hours in a row, and it never gets borring

You cannot define the ability to sing to set guidelines, thats like saying you can only play a an instrument a certain way. Also as a performance you have to take in the person seeing it. No if you wanna try to be technical she's no Sarah Brightman.. who I LOVE.. but I also LOVE Liv for her unique and according to you... subpar quality... maybe thats another reason I like her. Sometimes imperefection is key to a new sound, new way, new style of music and singing.

i know what you saying, but you are using wrong terms.

what do you exacly call "power"?...if somebody doesn't sing in full-voice then, don't sing? well...maybe she isn't using her "totally" full-voice but, yes, she's singing and has a great technique...u must to listen "viland saga" album, she's great!! but...dont missed-up...this is her style and her voice...even tarja says that kristine has a very "whispering voice" so it could be a great duetto with tarja her self.
