Being about 13 at the time, my imagination ran wild with this game, it scared the hell out of me, and a friend of mine. Grossly underrated game, they should bring it back! If only just to scare people who were pretty imaginative at the time!

I just hope that in Thief 4 they return to these type of cut scenes. I didn't really care for the new cut scenes in Deadly Shadows.

I agree. Some of the cutscenes are true to the original tho. But I absolutely hate those like the one that takes place in Terces Courtyard.

I'm with you. I don't know what they were thinking by doing such a disastrous work with those cutscenes. The graphics are bad, the lighting is bad... the whole thing is a mess. D.R.

@McCartyMazer I disagree. I found some of the cinematics (not the briefing movies) a bit difficult to understand. It took me several viewings to figure out what was going on.

This level freaked me out! I ran right into the temple, expecting to find Hammers, then "is he thereeee? return to the earth you dooo!" and before I know it I had been hacked by a monkey-man and covered in flies from a bug-beast! The horror!
