Stromb- is surely one of the most ideal interviewers with whom Horsley could have hoped for. I wish they could have recorded an extended piece. George and Sebastian are quite different people, yet they both possess the attention and character to mutually understand how their lifestyles may be incompatible; which makes for compelling viewing. George probably isn't a nihilist, but he was still able to interview Horsley in a way that is interesting beyond the controversy of being an atheist.
I'm really impressed with the interviewer. Especially at about 2:40. That kind of perception is on the level of proust and he nailed it without even flinching in like ten seconds.
I'm sad he never got to come here to America. I'm also sad that I found out about him only after he had already died. I really wish I could have seen him in person.

‘That’s one of my favourite things about nihilism’.....Americans are completely unable to use the English language in imaginative way....poor sods.

@clean3 He's not American. The CBC is Canadian, as is Mr. Stroumboulopoulos.

what a brilliant mind. A seeker. He challenges all existing thoughts and positions. Something we all should do more... does not to be to that extent.
