Love this video! i am a rural dude Displaced to Oakville. First of all that underlying tone of cynicism is more reality than anything. I grew up in a small community with small bungalows and helped keep the wood fires burning at night. Come morning I stroll through the woods and take a few snowshoe hare and make my family happy. Those were real times and you being lucky enough to have grown up there will remember it fondly as years pass.

I lived in Parry Sound many years ago on Railway Ave. I frequent the Travelor's Inn for breakfast and enjoying fishing off the salt docks for bass and pike. Great vid. Brought back many memories.
I didn't know A&P had closed down,wow. I guess Wal-Mart is slowly closing most of the stores down. I noticed this week while in Parry Sound that the video store near Wal-Mart---KFC is closing also.
the car wash is not closed, but the auto is closed often, manuals are almost always open, Cool video though, it is nice and discriptive, right down the main drag and through the town Well done
