A more fun way to make mashed potatoes is using actual potatoes, some margarin/butter, a little bit of eggs (fun consistency), and a blender. The potatoes should be cooked and pealed first... It's a lot cheaper too, and can be frozen and re-heated in a microwave at a later time if you make too much.
