How many citizens show up at the prosecutor’s office and demanding at recall petitions to recall him for not going for a felony. If that is legal in texass. How many citizens show up at the prosecutor’s office and demanding at recall petitions to recall him for not going for a felony. If that is legal in texass. Any time the prosecutor does not go for max charges on cop, city officals then get a recall going. Same goes for the mayor don’t take any from them. By the way you should also be going after the governor of the state. He should have had the state police in doing the investigation and prosecution.

As for a felony Indictment, they don't lose their jobs right away. Most are put on paid leave while an investigation (which takes many months) is conducted. You have to realize something. The DA who prosecutes the cases, have a VERY GOOD relationship with police. They typically prosecute cases from arrests, by these police. Not only was this young mans civil rights violated, but an injustice has occurred. They were only given misdemeanor charges. Absolutely disgusting.

These cops cost the city "Tax' payer millions every year in out of court settlements.
