Many new "maneuvers" or surf stunts since the last decade have simply sucked as a result of inferior surf compard to the rest of the world and crowds ten times as bad too. A 10 year old skater is busting twice the air minumum and he keeps going to do it again fast in the new designed top 10 skateparks. It makes not good sense to do inefficient tricks, let alone, very inefficient tricks. Surfing has gone to the barnyards. Just can't get practice to progress. Once a student always a student.
