  • Great vid. ☠

  • Trie to do that with a 165/40! its not fucking possible.

  • Have you tried the Abus 165 brass series? Mine seems to have false notches. But only on every other number. While 125 possibilities on the 165/20 and 30 can be brute forced (once found out which has even/odd number) pretty quick the 625 on the 4 disc 40 take a little longer. But not longer than you do it if you forgot the code and want to save the lock.

And please keep in mind these lock are for light use like keeping kids out of stuff, hardening pick pocketing of your backpack etc.

  • I have a Brinks 4 wheel combination lock. I found this method easier to learn if I held the lock up to my ear and listened for the click and felt the lock movement.

  • This is not working anymore they have opgradet all locks

  • thnx

now i will open my friends combo lock

  • totally worked! thanks, you saved me throwing a good padlock away out of frustration :)

  • HAHHAHAHAHA WORKZ ROFL

    ROFL

    ROFL

  • this isnt the best guide in the world but hey nice trousers! (and no im not gay)

  • i dont get it :D

  • Have you tried it? It's hard to understand this method if you haven't tried it. This doesn't work on better quality combination locks.

  • no its not the quality xD

its just do you have to keep pulling the shackle or not

and how do you hear the clicks? :S

  • Pull the shackle and find a wheel that binds when you try to rotate it. Pull the shackle and rotate the wheel until you feel the wheel "give out" a bit ( might click a bit ), you should now have the right number. Try this on the other wheels as well.

  • hmm ill try thx anyways :)

  • wow thanks it worked!! xD

  • make a new video please

  • Can't You have chosen a more difficult combination padlock from Abus, They don't just make luggage locks You know!.

  • Yeah, i know :) This is the only one i had when i was doing the videos. The Abus 165/40 is a LOT better one with false gates in the wheels which prevents the "pull shackle" method etc. It is easy to decode though with a peterson knife tool ( or a piece of a feeler gauge ).

  • is there any way to hack the code on a 165/40? doesn't it work with the "pull shackle" method at all?

  • YOU ROCK! Thank you so much! You just saved me 14 dollars on a new lock! I just grabbed my master lock with the "make your own combination" feature and clicked with your video till it opened! I wish I could tip you I AM SO HAPPY! God bless the internet!

  • nice!!, i love abus but they let themselves down with this one

  • lol i did that this morning in the atic on my mums suit case lol i just kept spining and found it lol it was 000 easy lmao

  • Thanks man, this video help me with my lock =D
