you need to render the animation from Cinema 4D. Go to Render > Render Settings, then chose where you want to save your animation (I recommend saving them as JPEG sequence or MOV) and then click on Render on Picture Viewer. Otherwise, you can just search for basic rendering in C4D on YouTube.
