They cut her hair becuase of lice problems. And to manage her hair easier. Child services can be so cold... It must be like living in a school, except you never get to go home.

They do that to everyone, clean or not, to make it easier to take care of. Can you imagine how traumatic that would be to a child? Or anyone, for that matter
