  • They were so much better back then.

  • Cool! This song is awesome... bridges the gap between their former heavy style, and the newer drum n bass nu metal sound they have now

  • @0ut0f7h1sw0r1d thats what i say too. i hope the new album comes out soon.

  • Oh, what a typical metal elitist. The only thing Pitchshifter had in common with grindcore or death metal was Mark's vocals on Industrial. The "grindcore/death metal influences" that you speak of came from Godflesh, not death metal bands that were signed to Earache. And Godflesh is definitely not death metal or grindcore, despite Justin Broadrick being part of ND for about a year or so.

And seriously, does it really fucking matter how old the post is?

  • Christ, could you have answered an older post?

When I discovered Pitchshifter, it was on the Carcass "Necroticism..." tour of 1994. Carcass was my favorite band up to that point, but I was so disappointed in their show, but Pitchshifter was awesome.

All that gay porn is getting to you because I made no such insult; I simply said that Pitchshifter at this point had some grindcore/death metal influences being labelmates with certain bands than they did with Ministry, who did not.
