We think that we are above all other species for some reason yet we are very new on the Earth compared to them.

The CN tower was the largest free standing over land structure until 2007, it isn't considered a "building" under travellog, encarta or any other site.
I love watching this show because I find it so beautiful to see foliage growing throughout our ugly skyscrapers, to see animals back to how they should be, and knowing the scars we've created on mother earth will, someday, fade.

you're correct my friend. But the narrator clearly says the tallest "structure" not "building". The KLVY Mast in north Dakota is over 2000 feet tall (although it is not self-supporting). The tallest free standing structure in north america is the CN Tower in Toronto, which is over 1800 feet tall. I guess they failed to double check their facts when they made this show. But hey, im being rather picky.

This attitude of "Man-hating humanism" is unfortunate. It's one thing to admire and want to preserve animal life but it's another take it to take it to an extreme by casting human life as a destroyer. This is an obsessive, paranoid falsehood borne of unexamined assumptions that lead to misplaced guilt. People improve and benefit the world in many ways (curing disease, etc.) while it's true that we have to learn how to utilize technology in a positive way.

Have you never seen an abandoned house before? The roof caves in, the walls crumble, the structure collapse in on itself. There are houses from the 70s and 80s that do this.

the Sears Tower is the tallest building in America, it was taller than the world trade centre to begin with, sadly they are no longer around. The Sears tower is 1,451 feet high the world trade centre was 1,368 foot high

you're correct my friend. But the narrator clearly says the tallest "structure" not "building". The KLVY Mast in north Dakota is over 2000 feet tall (although it is not self-supporting). The tallest free standing structure in north america is the CN Tower in Toronto, which is over 1800 feet tall. I guess they failed to double check their facts when they made this show. But hey, im being rather picky.
