Christians show a lot of anxiety about what Gd is going to do with someone else beyond their mandated testimony. Gd respects free will. Trust that if He IS Gd, nobody gets sorted into the wrong pile in the End, with or without nagging.

@kandiamo I agree. I think that the church actually perverts the view that God himself has of sex and my interpretation of all the laws that we have concearning sexual behaivior is because of the power of sex and how it relates us back to God. Our rituals our magic is passed directly from the GODS and GODDESSES. The bible was written by MEN, but Magic was written by GODS and GODDESSES. You should really study other religions before you preach. I was studied many Christian religions including catholicism before turning to Wicca, IE Wicca is not only for women people.
Freedom and choice is subverted by external pressures to fit in and belong. Sexual rituals are easily abused and misused which is why many prefer to do them symbolically and avoid those kinds of complications. i agree with the freedom of personal choice sex within wicca. but to move forward and unit the craft, i feel that the concept of the high preist has to have sex with newbys befor they can become a witch is obsurd. this is a concept that was started many years ago by some old fart that couldn't get a date.
