Well; you got 2 options. Find someone to play for you or find someone to sing for you. 'Cause you got the most frequent disease among guitarists. Your hand wants to play accordingly to the rhythm of your singing and a few times in this video; exactly the opposite situation. Or maybe you can do some practice; listen to 2 songs at the same time with headphones. Try to concentrate both of them at the same time. That usually helps a lot. Good job, by the way..
