I never been to new york and no way I plane to live there. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and I love it. Screw new york. But Philadelphia is more of a Neighborhood place and it's not as big as new york. We don't have as much buildings. And unlike new york city we do have some townhouses and more nice coumities. I never been to new york and no way I plane to live there. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and I love it. Screw new york. I would rather live in texas were at least I can have the right to bear arms. There may be some similarities between the two cities. But Philadelphia is more of a Neighborhood place and it's not as big as new york. We don't have as much buildings. And unlike new york city we do have some townhouses and more nice coumities. Bet New york can't beat that.

You are right about some things but to call the buildings in NYC "not sustainable is ridiculous". It's still basically a 19th century city & the housing stock is very solid, well built, old as well as new.
