  • are you supposed to do the full dvd of ab ripper, or the 16 min after the legs and back vidoe?

    secon thing: i think you eat wrong, and third thing you aint brining it! cause i watched alot of your vids, and you not looking better or more fit, acturly more fat, nothing negative, but think about what youre are doing, make your self a goal, and begin to push your self. i know what i am talking about trust me, ive done p90x by my self and got my 6 pack abs! ;) good luck

  • try incline bench press press ups and butterflys to bring out youre cheast and arms trust me it work ur chest and arm like crazy good luck with p90x

  • those oblique v-ups are a fuckin' pain. haha. watch your hand when you're doing it though, it's acting like a leverage a bit on your way up.

  • are those curls 25 pounds? because for me 25 isnt that hard to lift, i mean after like 30 reps yeah it gets hard but what i like to do is lay on my back, elbows level with shoulders and lift the curls like im doing a bench press, i can currently do 35 reps with my arms all the way extended, its hard but ive learned that it helps the pecs alot. curling like you are in the video i can do like 25 reps. and ive heard that when you are curling it helps to grab it at the end cuz the center of gravity

  • quit shaking so much with the biceps..go down to a weight you can handle more if needed..your destroying ur back,.

  • Not so good with the results mine are way better....Your not even looking diff from day 1.

  • Great job on the crane but on those bicep curls you are nowhere near able to do the weight you are using. Your form was horrrriible. No offense or anything but your body should be as static as possible when doing curls. Your upper arm/shoulder should stay as still as possible. You want almost all the movement in your elbow joint...

  • Slow down with the curls. You do not  want to have bad form. use lighter weights

  • Bicep curls, Using too much momentum, take it down 5lbs and use steadiness.. Yeah lower weight big whoop, Technique first bro.

    What are those 25 lb weights for the bicep curls?

  • those were 30lbs...im a beast when it comes to biceps...i just measured the size of them today because i was challenging my uncle who works out also and he had 14 in arms and i had 13 1/2 inch arms...is 13.5 inches good for me?

  • Cool, I was close, yea, I still gotta get some 20's and 25's this weekend. Is 13.5 in. flexed or unflexed. I'm 12 in. flexed.

    I'm 5'8" and 165lbs

    Im 14" on my right Bicep

    but 14" and 1/2s" on my Left bicep, Goal is 16" or 17" Arms

    So really it depends

  • BTW VERY NICE FORM. I still struggle on crane (partly cuz im so sweaty and keep slipping) and nice Ab form, i only do arms up for the bicycles, not the in and outs. Keep it Up
