I love this song and the record btw. It's the most Beatles sound alike Stones song. And the record cover... So Sargent Pepper's. Never bothered me. It's great.

@rowdymax1 The sun TOTALLY started warping the vinyl on my video for Yes' song "I'm Running" ( /watch?v=As9i2oiMY4I ). Also had to deal with the wind blowing the friggin' record OFF the turntable, but I think I pretty brilliantly handled it, if I do say so myself. :)
You can tell as soon as the stylus hits the record it's gonna sound great. Does it have a built-in preamp? What cartridge? Did you plug it in directly to your computer?
@49kasey -- I actually record the record (that sure reads funny) inside so I can get the cleanest copy of the audio. Then thru the magic of video editing, I synch them up.
I used to take my headphones and pulll them out slightly so that i'd hear just the left or the right side with the instruments isolated. I thought it was the coolest thing just hearing the piano or violin all by itself
To Mr. Daily Vinyl. This is an awesome series of vids on your part. I'm going to search your website after I watch this song. I hope you have a website!
Turntables area good piece of change (money) nowadays...Go to wwwsundazedcom and see. I need a 3 in one (Phonograph , Cassette , and CD player) I have got SOO much Vinyl and can't play it . Keep on rocking in the Free World !!!
@richslaters Thanks for your comment & question. That's the whole thing about "The Daily Vinyl". Imagine if someone brought their turntable with them everywhere they went. (like an iPod. And like I did when I was 9.) This video happens to be on a brick sidewalk. It's the 2nd video I filmed after the inspiration hit me to do this looney project. Hope you check out others and ask yourself... "WHY is that turntable in the meat cooler of a grocery store?" and "WHY is it in a shopping cart?" Enjoy!
Just listen to that "stereo" imaging coming from your speakers !!!!!! Parts are panned hard right and hard left, with the piano in the center----oh, too cool !!!!!!!!!! Sure beats the homogenized, pastuerized digital lifelessness of so much 'music" of today. Thanks for the post ! Peace:-)
Thanks for posting this!!! It really takes me back - gorgeous song and nothing beats vinyl.

Just AMAZING, great song. The sound is taken by digital camera?, if so, how you get that wonderful sound quality?. Thanks for uploading this video.

This is one of my favorite videos.
This is how music sounded, and looked, when I was a kid.
Something about seeing the record spin that adds to the experience.
Watching the reflections in the record of the clouds going by during the piano solo is so cool (2:00 - @2:40).
