@themax17 general core strength for beginners, strength endurance, something simple to do while at home or traveling, etc. Can't always swing a sledge!
Just done this Joe Im guesing the guys that are slagging it havent done it. Some of those thing were new to me I was thinking these figure 4 things are good until I got to the hip thrusters, how can such a small movment hurt so much lol.
do you mind if I re post on bake book I know a couple guys here in Belfast that would like this. Cheers Jonny
Ok, just to clarify: 1 rep for the double-sided exercises (bicycles, crunch toe-touches) is one on each side, right? In other words, 2 touches (1 each side) per rep, and do 25 total? ... Hope I didn't lose you, lol!
Joe, even though in your email you said “Save your judgment until the day
after you try it!” you still got people talking junk 5 seconds after you uploaded this video to YT lol. You can’t win can you Joe : )
I don’t get the negative comment anyhow. You don’t just bench to build your chest; you do pushups too, which is a bodyweight movement. Same with abs/core, sometime you train against resistance/weight and other times just your own BW. Like you said, great for travel.
these are no good, ive seen videos by you with good abs exercises but these are too easy. im pretty sure abs are like any other muscle, the lower the reps the bigger the gains.
@sgtsnakeeyes11 Did you try it? "lower the reps bigger the gains" is very subjective to your goal. If your goal is getting a workout in without any equipment, then lower reps are worthless because you have bodyweight to use. Also size/endurance/strength all require various rep ranges. Either way, thanks for checking it out, I just wanted to clear some things up for the other viewers.
This shit works. Feel the burn bitches

@bigmac638 You should do all 300 as quickly as possible. If you want to do a second set rest at least 2 minutes.

Cool I'll have to try this. I usually skimp on ab work since I leave it for after my heavy lifts.
