I am a Canadian and I really didn't feel that I have no freedom when I lived in China. At the very least most Chinese don't live on credits. Did I said about treating them special? I was just saying don't bring sensitive things into a laughing matter. When I was younger, I was so used to making jokes about certain races (i.e. dressing/way of life, speeches & etc), religions & sexual orientations. I was so insensitive then until someone really woke me up and said to me, 'what may be funny to you is not to me & my family, please be sensitive'. she was someone close to me. and my jokes?? something similar. with this, i rest my case.

This is the real world we live in now where people find this sort of thing entertaining. Look at Hollywood and their portrayal of the minority. Deal with it. Hey don't be bringing in the disabled, religious and gay people. They are still people too. The fact that you believe we should be more sensitive to them shows that you believe that they deserve special treatment, like they are special.
