But that's why they gave him a tribute because at the time the full police report wasn't out

Chris actually kept practising his technical wrestling skills, it's fake and everyone knows it but if you dont know what you're doing you're gonna seriously injure someone...most of them were either college wrestlers or MMA fighters BEFORE going to wrestling..it's scripted but if you screw up u can damage someone(that's one of the reasons they dont do pile drivers as much)

Tests were conducted on Benoit's brain by Julian Bailes, the head of neurosurgery at West Virginia University, and results showed that "Benoit's brain was so severely damaged it resembled the brain of an 85-year-old Alzheimer's patient."
