yipes! He is NOT properly restrained in the seat belt. The shoulder strap isn't on his shoulder much of this video. Also the headrest looks a little bit too low for him. He could be ejected from the car with the belt the way it is.
I appreciate your concern. I will check into this. The seat is a booster seat and I believe it is at the highest level. He's very tall for his age, but he doesn't weigh much at all. This is my sister's son, so I will check the car seat next time I am with them. This was on a long trip back and he was getting very antsy from sitting in the seat all day.
