I felt that kind of anxiety for a while, more toward the adrenaline rush of physical training injected with a chronic fix of the iPod. I had a severe reaction after being rendered immobile in a hospital bed for a while and decided to drop the iPod. Now I chill more and read the bible. I still train hard, prepping for the army, but learning to just sit and do nothing or read is a real health benefit. Cheers.

Try doing something to reinvigorate those mental circuits. Sky diving, or face a bowling machine in the cricket nets or something to kick the adrenaline and break the routine. Ie. something you don't do often.
At the very least just remember that creative funks are never eternal. And when you're back on top, you'll laugh at the notion that you could ever be down.

you can try sum smack. musician swore by it. or smoking, Steven king claimed that it made it easer to think of new ideas when he smoked. you can also try getting your Friends together and start drinking and tape it. I'm Sheree you can get a good 5 or even 10 mins of good stuff to post up.
