Sorry, just gonna correct the top comment here. Whilst I love gazette and stuff, they're by no means the best at what they do. Ju-Ken is a far more skilled and more in demand bassist than Reita. Not that Reita is at all bad, but there is always someone better. Same goes for Uruha, there are so many talented guitarists out there. Leda for example, is technically far beyond Uruha. Don't go about claiming people are the best in their chosen instrument just because they're you're favourite.
