Wonderfully done. You did a great job in the middle rounding the ghosts up with the 8 power-pills instead of just 7.
Whenever I try going left at the beginning, the ghosts never seem to behave the same as they do for you. ;)
Out of curiousity, what are your scores on the other modes? I tried adding you as a friend on XBL to compare, but never got accepted.

It is an interesting problem which the R-start or L-start is advantageous.
I have done only a left start. I referred to Youtube (Most R-starts).
Then, I judge that a R-start was higher the peak score of first one minute.
For example, your marvelous 90k pts. But I can get 70k pts by short odds
(30 times in 50 times). I have worked hard for a while in the L-start. (cont.)

I have not done other modes any longer because I have understood there is no propriety for me from early time.
