    True form should be a straight bar, simple as, Palms-Outward grip, then pull your chest to the bar you are holding.

  • that is called "hammer grip" pull ups. It works your biceps more than your back. It is kind of doing bicep curls compared to a normal pullup which is easier but a wide grip overhand is the hardest

  • the bar he touches extends out a bit, so in order totouch it your arms will be exended more making ti harder then a straight bar.
