@enquvist if your wanting to get your phones unlocked for free in the future.. just say that your calling from your local telstra store and you need to get an unlock code for X phone.. ask them if they want your dealer code and say... "well i can't give you mine would you like my manager's?" generally they will just allow it and give you an unlock code... Straight up from the horses mouth.

There wireless internt speeds are now 21 mb/sec nothing compares.. And all telecomunication companies have down falls. I was with three, yes theyre cheap but ill never go back. They're worse.

I laugh at the people who say that nobody is forcing us to use Telstra.
Telstra resells their ADSL1 packages to ISPs, if you have an internet connection with any ISP then you're probably already with Telstra. Sure nobody is forcing us to use Telstra, but who doesn't want an internet connection? The only reason why ADSL2+ is cheaper is yet being 100x faster is being it doesn't need to go through Telstras network.
Saying that Telstra is reliable and has superior tech support is simply hilarious.
telstra should advertise like they used to so people can see how much they overcharge. i believe that if people saw a 15 minute commercial with all providors listed and the best value in Australia, then i think could make a more informed choice and well then know how to go with.

I've recently been issued a bill for an upgraded account with telstra from ADSL LIBERTY 25GIG capped 1500/256 TO ADSL 60GIG uncapped 20000/1000 supposedly starting on june 20(beginning of new monthly bill period). i called in on 14 june to get this and got a bill on 24 june. I had used 32 gig by june 24 but received a bill(dated 21st of june) amounting to $1747.90 ....NO JOKE... my first film will be about telstra with voice recordings and video footage to back it up
