i just tried the HD REMIX VRS on PSnetwork and its SICK! if they have it on xbox live, you need to get it, it adds alot of detail......Regardless if how hard it is to face VEGA, he will always be 1 of my Favs to play, next to GUILE.

this is the arcade version of super street fighter turbo. You have to download it for mame or cps on the computer. There is a snes port( but only the new challenegers version not the turbo version)

i think the following is also applies to this game: in sF ii turbo with vega the game can easily be beaten try hard kick on a little distance everytime the computer tries to stand up. you can claw 2-3 times this way, then impose further damage or grap your opponent. Do this over and over and you will have (almost) perfect score in every battle. i see in this vid an example on zangief, although you have to stand closer for it.
