the key to beig successful in almost anything to do with kayuaking is to KEEP CALM and DON'T PANIC as this makes you run out of breath faster and it is harder to get out of a boat if you are panicking. if you are learning to roll, then you MUST HAVE SOMEONE IN THE WATER WITH YOU.

this is a bit funny. allmost drowned ths way myself when i was little though..
