how did xou convert the video from fraps ?

If you record in 720p you can just upscale it to 1080p H.264 MP4 ACC. Fraps captures A LOT of video data for it's recorded resolution. That's why fraps is an frame rate killer. (662Mbit/s for Fraps 720p recording) vs (25Mbit/s 1080p H.264 MP4 ACC). And it should help with frame rates too. Hope this helps :)
