  • This video is awesome! I just want to say that it does go perfect with Shania Twain's "Dance With the One that Brought You" video. Playing that music while watching this video is very cool :)

  • Brilliant idea....to put Period drama dance on "The Laendler" music from the movie "The Sound of Music". One of the best vids in YT. Great thanks for posting !!

  • WOW!!! Amazing video. Good quality, and your timing is great! :-)

  • this would be amazing to dance to in old-fashioned clothes and at, say, a christmas ball :)

  • I think this is amazing and you definitely should think about adding videography into your repertoire!!! Cat xoxo

  • can someone please tell me what movie 0:02,0:25,1:08 are?

  • @nicksfuturebabe - 0:02 is Emma (BBC, 2009, starring Romola Garai & Jonny Lee Miller); 0:25 is Pride & Prejudice (2005, starring Keira Knightley & Matthew MacFadyen); and 1:08 is The Young Victoria (starring Emily Blunt & Rupert Friend).

  • The best video in youtube!!! Thank you! I love it!!! :) Great job! ;)

  • I don't care what anyone else thinks, but I think that the Sound of Music does the most wonderful job with this dance (and the scene).

  • I think that dance in the Sound of Music has became my archetypal romantic moment from a young age (and I still cannot dance it very well!)

  • when i watch this video i want to fall in love again thank you so much

  • You are one jive turkey for putting this together. =]

  • This is lovely, well done. I just "discovered" Jonny Lee Miller and am surprised to see how many movies I'd seen him in previously. (Mansfield Park and Sickboy in Trainspotting) and just watched the entire series of "Eli Stone" without knowing he was a Brit.......he's good. Thank you for making this......lovely.

  • OMG who in their right mind will dislike this? *O* It's so romantic and full of love, and not only that you just make their love showed in a lot of joy and merriness!

And the fact that you put the scene of Tom Lefroy smirked at Jane Austen when they spin.. really fits it's so cute lol (and that actually made me squeal and, I must admit, giggled)
