Lovely...my question is why do you write on the page first and then cover it up? Does it show thru? I do see many artists do this and I was wondering...
@latinapheonix Sometimes it shoes through, but mostly I use it as a texture for the page. To me the writing is less important than getting it out in the journal. Process not product is my only rule.
I have just discovered and subscribed to your channel. As a total beginner to Ajs I have to say your work is totally inspiring and really has helped me to get over the "What if i'm not good enough" syndrome, thank you
@67TAnn check out my site artjournaling(dot)ning(dot)com remove the (dot) and replace with a period. It's got lots of good info about AJing! Also thanks!
I love your videos! So glad I found them! The only thing I'd ask is you explain more the supplies you're using, brand names etc. I've never heard of clear gesso for example...wondering who makes it. Keep the videos coming!
@carolysn the clear gesso is by liquitex, i think others make it too. Most of my paint supplies are liquitex brand, with a small amount of golden mixed in.
@Booklvr777 :) My hope is to inspire people to art journal. I'm glad to have inspired you. Have you joined Artjournaling.ning.com yet? Its like a big art journaling hug.

Quick question, will a hairdryer work to dry paint like that?
Nice job, BTW(:

@LegalLoading Thanks! And yes a hairdryer will work. For some paints a hairdryer is best becuase it doesn't get as hot ans the heat gun

Very cool stuff! Ever since I've discovered watercolour crayons they are my absolute favourite.

Oooh. Can you design your own stencils and die cuts with that cricut? That's way cool.
