so is this about finding out what you are allergic to and avoiding it? building up an immunity by taking increasing doses of it? or getting rid of the reason that you are allergic in the first place with some type of cleanse or avoiding a certain thing that makes you allergic to other things?In my case, I made my self immune to peanuts with incremental doses over a couple years, But I'm allergic to milk.
Once I realized i was allergic to milk and stopped drinking it many other allergies vanished

Gluten and dairy is POISON!!!..we are all miserable and sick because of it!! kids have ADD and autism from it, and the food industry just wants us to consume more and more!!, and most doctors just want us to live off of pharmaceutical drugs that cure nothing!! drink HEMP MILK!
In the USA, in the state of Maine milk costs almost $4.00 a gallon so people aren't buying as much now that it's extremely over priced. $4 doesn't sound like much but with everything costing 3 times more than the average paycheck people need to cut back on lots of food items. Anyway, eliminating Milk in the USA should be easy since it costs a bizzillion dollars a gallon.
