  • Hi!

I am doing a school project in school about them. And I thought if anybody had something I could use? Please write to me if you have!

    /Me xD

  • What do you mean? Some other music from them or information? And what do you know already?

Perhaps I can help you! it's really cool that you're doing a project about them!

  • Information :D

    I know really really small...

It is almost impossible to find anything about them on the internet in danish. And I am not that good at english that i want to read everything about them in english...

So if anybody can tell me it here i small bits it would be so great!

  • Allright.. my english is also terrible (A) but I can try to give you information.

Don Everly born in 1937 the first of February. Phil Evrly born in1939 19 january. Both born in Chigago. Their succes was greatest in the age '50. They're children from Ike and Margaret Everly both artist so their childrens came early in contact with music .

  • Agreed, although I believe the older brother Don was born in Kentucky and Phil was born in Chicago.

  • Yes indead. I´m so sorry, I read across that.

  • The everly brothers were especially famous trough their harmony. In july 1973 they went both their own way. But without succes. Ten years later they came together again. From 1988 there didn't came music from them.

I hope you could do something with this information. And please dom't take care of my english.

  • Bu müzik süper.

  • Harika ve süper.Bu müziği çok ama çok seviyorum.Bu müzik bütün müziklerden daha iyi daha güzel.Sevgilerimi ve saygılarımı sunarım.

  • OMG they are soo cool:d are they dead or do they still live? This song is awsome

  • They are both alive and occasionally still perform. There pioneers of rock and roll are both around 70 years old now.

  • C'est génial de pouvoir chanter ces chansons là....J'adore....Ca change de toute cette soupe actuelle.....

  • great song, singing in the rain bye bye bye love fly to anther bird wink wink wink smile its anther day

  • I don´t understand why so many think they were bad?

    Why?

  • The audience is dead still. Sure can tell this is pre Beatles era. Beautiful harmony.

  • The Everly Brothers were a big hit in Chile at the end of the 50. At present his songs are playing everyday in oldies music program's

radio (Sorry, but I don't speak english). Youtube search DISCO 45 and VIVA EL ROCK AND ROLL (Manuel Vargas) and you will see an honoring from Chile to rock and roll music.

  • jurasic... hehehe

  • seen these two guys in ireland a couple of years back this song is truely excellent!!

  • What happened to this kind of music?

Sure, I love today's music like every other 16 year old, but this music is amazing. I live for 50's bands and singers. And not another friend of mine even knows this song. It's classic! :[

  • Well im 18 now but i thought the same when 16 was 16, theres too mych stereotype nowadays.

I guess we have to remember that although times change music doesnt, this music will live forever, modern music today will not :)

And as for our friends, they will appreciate it when theyre older, it will just take them longer lol

  • I'm thirteen and I absolutely love 50's music. Doo Wop especially. But I do listen to other kinds of music like My Chemical Romance, Green Day, Misfits and other stuff.

Classic music will always stay classic, thats the best part. <3

  • I live up to this kinda music...

  • heralde adam sevgilisini başkasına kaptırmış bundan daha kötü ne olur ki her şeye bye bye

  • herşeyin eskisi makbuldür kanımca...

  • Bye bye love

    Bye bye happiness

    Hello loneliness

    I think I'm gonna cry

    harika bir şarkı

  • tüm güzel şeylere güle güle o zaman

  • simon and garfunkel outdid them

  • No, not in my opinion did Simon and Garfunkel outdo them. The Everly Bros were tops in their field and, for me, will always remain so. I will always play an Everly Bros track in preference to a Simon and Garfunkel one.

  • Simon is a better guitarist than either of these guys...so his songs were more elaborate.

Don't get me wrong...the Everly Bros. are great...but the best duo in music history is Simon and 'Funkel

  • I totally respect your views on Simon and Garfunkel, 'Mrs Robinson' is one of my all-time favourite tracks, but there is that indefinable something about the Everly Bros that makes me prefer them. Life wouldn't be much fun if we all liked the same things, would it? I think we can amicably agree to disagree, can't we? Mind you, 'The Boxer' was a brilliant record.

  • You can like the Everly Bros better...but talent-wise...I think we can both agree...Simon and 'Funkel are superior
