check your facts cuz, if you look at percentages, Iraq is not at the top of countries we import oil from. our number one supplier of oil is on fact Canada then Saudi Arabia then Mexico. Iraq doesn't show up until the 8th spot and even then they are supplying less than a third of what we are getting from Canada. get your facts straight before you start coming up with theories on why we are in this war

I cant speak for the whole military but as a Poolie (i'm enlisted and waiting to ship out to basic training) I have met and know many active and veteran military personal I lost a friend who was in the army in Iraq KIA this summer, and I have NEVER had one of these men compain about the war EVERY one of them are for finishing this war. There are a hell of alot more troops for this war than against it we have got to finish the job!!!

We went into Iraq to keep them from getting weapons of mass destruction. while we didnt find any completed weapons we did find stockpiles of key components. I honestly beleive we have to stabalize Iraq if we don't we lost the main battelfield in the war on terror. And if we cut and run those who have died will have died in vain.

Our soldiers lives shouldnt be sacraficed for a war that isnt benefiting the American people or freedom. The war is only benefiting a very few people who are making Trillions of dollars off the back of the US army.

Read "War is a Racket" by Major General Smedley Butler USMC. He found out what we are really doing. I was in the Marines for 12 years. It has nothing to do with God, Country and Corps or for liberating anyone. I found the truth while working for overseas contracts. The CFR is in charge the White House is the front. I know exactly what is going on in Iraq. We are there to get to Iran. The CIA/ISI are orchestrating much of the problems working with the Brotherhood. I went to Saudi in 1996, to set up security and protection for OPM-SANG advisors who were targeted for four years, I sought more action as Security Manager in Kosovo in Gnjilane for five years and finally, 2006-2007, in the Congo, Dept of State project, intell...all were under real threat conditions but I was lucky.
