I honestly do not understand the negative comments. Having been a BB fan from the very very beginning, if this version of the band wants to perform Dennis's songs, let them. Man, let the dead rest in peace, and may the living be cool with all the great memories from times gone by. And as far as this performance of "Forever" goes...I think it's a very nice live rendition.
John Stamos is an ok guy but it disgusts me to hear him sing this song. well he did sing it on the Summer in Paradise album. still, its never going to sound the same without at least Carl singing background vocals. you just can't replace that sound., or Dennis at all on his song.
Sadly I don't know that he does. Pretty Sure he told Peter Ames Carlin that the beach boys were "never more than business" to him or something. A very Bloody murder of a great song.

"The Beach Boys Band" are an absolute disgrace! How can you call yourself The Beach Boys without one single Wilson???? Pathetic. And this version of a classic song is paying homage to an equally crappy version from a crappy TV show. Dennis would be ashaimed...
john stamos is not playing the guitar at all in people magizine they callled it "STRUMMER BUMMER" funny article they caught him playing without his guitar plugged into the amp
Hey Mikey Loveless have you claimed that you wrote this as well? Performing Denny's song when the two of you had to be kept apart on stage. Great Denny Wilson, yea in your mind only if you can make money off his talent. Beach Boys died with Carl. You then threw Al out of the band, sued him as well. The Brian Wilson band is as close to the Beach Boys as you can get.
"catch a wave" and your riding your cousin Brian's Coat tails for 47 years... then you sue him 3 times and claim that you "WROTE half of everything". Mike Love is Bullshit. this is a BAD BAD cartoon of the former glory of the band. JOHN STAMOS?!? wtf?
Couldnt agree more!!!! I love the way so many act like John Stamos wrote it. Just b/c they heard it when they were 6 on full house. Uncle Jesse didnt write this!
He is fine. dude john stamos is beautiful :]

The only good thing about Brian's band is Brian himself, not all those strangers hanging around on stage.
