I'm convinced if we change calisthenic exercise names to more food related topics eg. The Cheetoe Search, more fat people would be willing to do them.
using arm chairs to push yourself up is an example of doing your lower chest. try finding some bars that you could push yourself up on. that will rip your lower chest. of course you can also do some declined bench presses too.
@anthony9013 Well, your chest is basically composed of one muscle group (pectorals, major and minor), and that's it. No 'lower chest muscles' to speak of, technically.
But one calisthenic exercise generally believed to work your 'lower chest' is an inclined pushup, which is like a declined bench press. Your head is a little higher than ur feet (maybe a foot or two), and your hands are held little lower than a normal push up.
Great this technique really works my girlfriend loves it

This is a personal favorite pushup variation of mine.
I dare everyone to try building up to 50 reps of these and the results will amaze you.

No, hindu push-ups have the arms straight for the second part of the motion.

Dive Bombers vs Dands
Both put you in 5 star shape
Dive Bomber: Not that great for your flexibility because you bend your arms a second time. The second bend adds a slight more bulk on your arms
Dand: Perfect for flexibility because you go back to the start, you don't bend your arms a second time.
Doesn't matter which one you do, both are the best upper body calisthenics and both can whip your ass into shape.
