Parky made a good point about the disgruntlement of strikers. The monotony of working class jobs for crap pay is different from the monotony of treading the boards of a theatre; and the remuneration is vastly different. I get what Ken meant but I agree with Parky.
@aristotle358 --- It's not an easy one, but I think Ken's earlier point about working in concert with other workers holds true. A strike should hurt the boss's pocket. If it doesn't primarily do that, it's time to rethink things.
