I think that Bruce would sing this better nowadays, but this still very good version! In fact Bruce sings this much better in this footage than in many other SIT tour gigs when he had flu... Or maybe he had flu at this gig too, but not so bad.

I really wish Maiden would do another retrospective tour based on the Somewhere in Time tour . Like play songs from Somewhere In Time , Seventh son , No Prayer and Fear Of The Dark with natrually the requirement songs like Hallowed .

I would imagine alot of their song are hard to do live. They have a lot of words in a song and very complex musical notes. Shows they are very talented and gifted musicians. Maiden ROCKS!

They didn't have enough money. Thats it.. They used so much money on the world slavery tour (production, so many tour dates and so on, so they didn't have enough money to gather a film crew and film a gig properly.

Excuse me but your WRONG, do you really think that the world slavery tour made a loss????? It was a huge earner for the band. And do you really think the record label (EMI) who is also huge would not have been prepared to pay to record the concert? They didnt record it because they dont record every tour they do otherwise there would be as many live albums/dvds/videos as there are studio albums!

Read the fucking biography written by mick wall. H says fucking then and there that most of the earnings from the WST was spent paying for bills and etc, the boys themselves wasn't very rich at that point (not even remotely as wealthy as they are now) . Steve said it during many interviews as well, that they didn't have the money, and also, they didn't think it was necessary to release another live video in 87, when they released LAD in 85. They didn't think there was any need.
