I think you are wrong most girls do not dress up to get a man's attention. Most girls dress up for women- its the competitive streak in us. You can were your nice prada shoes or watever a guys will not even notice but a girl will. We want to look good when we dress up it makes us feel confident it make us believe we can do anything. If I think a short dress is cute, I'll wear it for that reason only. If I think a pair of heels are nice, then I'll wear them because I like them.
