Come on people, they don't make a steel only bullet... Steel bullet in a steel barrel will equal a very short barrel life. A steel core bullet is possible, but Law Enforcement doesn't use them. If they do, they are damn fools!

Law Enforcement are foolish to use steel core rounds because of the penetration capabilities. In the LE world, you want all of the energy to be dispersed in the target. Not the target, the four walls behind the target, and grandma next door.

They have to stop the use of deadly force when the suspect no longer presents a threat. The only legal defense to shooting someone in the back is a DOC worker preventing the escape of an inmate. For example, the roadside work crew. Run off and yes, they can 12 ga. you in the back. And, they will.

In most places I've been, police officers are required to, if they fire a round, empty the magazine. In a city not too far from me, police officers are under shoot to kill officers. If a police officer shoots are person, they are required BY LAW to ensure the person shot is dead. Meaning if a police officer in this city shoots you in the leg, he is required to then shoot you in the head.

It is amazing to me that people think this way! The suspect tried to take the officers weapon! Do you know that when a suspect does this it is now a deadly force situation. Look at some more vidoes of officers in a struggle who get their weapons taken. They are all shot when this happens. So unless you have ever worn the gun and the badge you have no room to talk. This is an Australian television show which makes fun of our police and our gun laws. However, in the state of North Carolina, a police officer can not shoot a fleeing suspect in the back 12 times. They have to stop the use of deadly force when the suspect no longer presents a threat. The only legal defense to shooting someone in the back is a DOC worker preventing the escape of an inmate. For example, the roadside work crew. Run off and yes, they can 12 ga. you in the back. And, they will.

We often have the same problem with US and Canadian accents, you can probably tell the difference immediately, much the same as Aussies picking anyone from the British Isles.

In most places I've been, police officers are required to, if they fire a round, empty the magazine. In a city not too far from me, police officers are under shoot to kill officers. If a police officer shoots are person, they are required BY LAW to ensure the person shot is dead. Meaning if a police officer in this city shoots you in the leg, he is required to then shoot you in the head.

It is amazing to me that people think this way! The suspect tried to take the officers weapon! Do you know that when a suspect does this it is now a deadly force situation. Look at some more vidoes of officers in a struggle who get their weapons taken. They are all shot when this happens. So unless you have ever worn the gun and the badge you have no room to talk. The streets are a very dangerous place and there is no room for wondering what the suspect is doing trying to take your weapon.
