During the 90's NATO bombing of SERBIA a U.S. secratary of defence came to a meet Serbian government officals and the Serbian general Ratko Mladic and asked him how does it feel to be at war with the greatest millitary power on this planet?? and then the Serbian general Ratko Mladic replied what are you talking about we never been to war with Russia;)interesting fact- Nato has failed to destroy less then 10% of the serbian millitary in the 90's but they did kill lots of innocent kids

...true. In fact it was much lesst than 10%. Some of the 14 tanks and 18 APC's confirmed as destroyed were from the stone-age and deliberately placed as decoys while others were hit by the analbanian terrorists. Even the Air Defense with almost (or all) radar installation were intact. Only the Air Force took somewhat serious losses but what do you expect when your most modern aircraft is basic MiG-29 outnumbered 100:1.
