Revan was a brilliant strategist and tactian and was the most skilled with a lightsaber. He was only defeated when his ship was fired upon from afar during Malak's betrayal. He wasn't the strongest in the force though he was strong in that area, Darth Caedus was the strongest in the force. He could make himself dissapear through the force entirely and even regrew his arm using the force only.

Revan is male. It's established that Revan was male, you can check the Star Wars Wiki on it. The Jedi Exile (main character in KOTOR II) is female though.

Sorry, but Revan cannot be deafeated in a duel. The only time he actually lost was when Malak betrayed him, firing from a Leviathan, and he wasn't even dead.

Though not the most powerful with the force he is one of the most powerful, but he is also the best swordman ever in the Star Wars universe.

The ancient sith, and blademasters were the most powerful swordsman of any time, way more powerful in the force and with the blade then any of the more modern day jedi. Props to Revan he is the true dark lord of the sith! And just bad ass.

but revan was not at all good... he just helped the republic to have his revenge and to kill malak. the star forge wasnt destroyed. then revan went to korriban and then he left the known sector. while the 5 years from part 1 to 2 they was a war between the sith on korriban because revan left and there was no master of the sith, they all thoght revan would not come back. so everyone wanted to be the lord of the sith

Revan became evil to begin with to stop the real threat to the galaxy in the outer rim.He knew the Jedi couldn't stop it.He chose to be swallowed by the Darkness and to become the villian of the galaxy to save it.He never fell he chose his fate for the galaxy.The darkness was never able to consume until he gave himself to it willingly.

the "revan" before his memory wipe is the "real revan". afterwards its anything you want it to be. after making that horrible prequel trilogy i dont think what george lucas says holds much water anymore. also im pretty sure most people played as a male dark side revan, so that is what it should be. although some people enjoy ROLEPLAYING as a woman, and or being kept in the dark and being used as a puppet... so i could be wrong.
