Do not forget that the sound recorded from a digital camera (not even a video camera)... If you'd been there you'd understand that this is only a 20% of the incredible sound and performance they did!

i don't complain about their voices! They are great! But, having heard the caruso version by lara alone and mario alone, i expected this to be superb. But it's somehow neutral, average (given they are both excellent artists)

Maybe they didn't want to cover each other with their voice and make it seem like a contest on who's singing it better... Sometimes a more legato performance could touch more .... For me Lara sang it just as beautiful as she always did, Mario did held his self back a little bit in his performance when it comes to expression .... :)
