I like harriers more than the F-35. I saw them scamble from KNJK yesterday,lol. BUT the F-35 can do vertical takeoff and landings is the cool thing

Harriers cannot take off vertically when carrying a payload. Such as the fuel tanks and missiles (i think) in the video. They dont have enough power.

They can land vertically though.

Depends on the payload. At maxium weight no. But I've seen them take off vertically from the USS Tarawa with less than maxium-weight weapons loads. Depends on what the AO's strap to her.
