The charger weighs 4100Lbs as well and its a 4 door ,my Ram weighs 5200Lbs. Its horspower to weight ratio and the Challenger is aweful. Just hope a 16 year old doesnt pull up beside this thing at a stoplight in a mustang or the Camaro if they make it, your going to loose every time. Youll have to outspend the competition 3 to 1 just to keep up.

Dodge should fire these guys for building this imposter car, They have built a small block mopar that weighs 4100lbs...unreal people are patting them on the back. I would have fired them and started over with new engineers.

It needs to weight no more than 3500Lbs loaded with only 425 HP, the poor RT models with the 5.7L are going to be nothing more than a grocery getter...just paint em all pink they are going to be wussies at that weight.

You should be happy that they considered building this at all. You can't really get the weight down because of all the added safety features that are required in modern cars. The Charger weighs in over 5,000 pounds. So I think these guys did a pretty good job of working with what they were given. If you listen to them, they were given the LS platform to work with. Now is the time to build it.

one of the few times the production cars looks like the concept. the 6.1 with tremec is the one to get.
