I agree with you I think its more G2 G3 of the G virus monster has G1 was mostly skipped. Birkin was mostly human when the G virus monster just kicks in when he kills the crew that shot him when they took the G virus samples.

I've never played any of the Resident Evil games, but from what I understand the G and T viruses destroy all higher reasoning abilities. I wonder when exactly Curtis lost his mind. At the earliest I figure it was right after he finished saying "witnesses," a split second after the eyeball opened. But I've also wondered whether he killed some of the soldiers while he still had his human intelligence.

This movie was way better than any of the live action RE movies. I hope they make another one like this. Since this movie takes place 1 year after RE4 they should make a movie that takes place after RE5 and it should star Chris Redfield.
he seems to go through the G1 phase right away and then goes to G2 because most of it seems to hav taken over half of his body, then he ended at G3, which it leaves no human characteristics of him left other than his memories.
when he means g1 and g2 its actually a phase in which a cell or virus starts to replicate DNA during g1 it starts copying it then at g2 it start mitosis or division of the cell but since this is a virus it instead spreads its dna into the victim's body. idk felt like saying that :X
Curtis and Birkin are similar in some ways; the eyes on the arms, much larger in size and apparent lack of symmetry. There are common mutations in G-mutants but as you said, none are the same. Birkin did change a lot when he was unharmed, but changed remarkably far faster when he was injured. Why he later turned into a massive and barely mobile digestive organ I don't know, either all of the bullets Leon, Claire, Ada and possibly Annette put in him or it was the G-virus's cycle.

For all we know though, the mutation could have hardened him enough to be more resistant to the explosion, but it was just for the movie producers to add the shock effect that he was still alive of course.

well he was not defeated burkin was taken out a phew times has much as 4 times. it made no sence how they used the G virus in this one. curtis dodged a hell of a lot of bullets and I doubt he was shot much. it was the elivator hitting him which was the biggest hit he took. did the milatary even shoot him I doubt they did. what also give curtis 2 massive advantages,the building was destroyed giving curtis massive room to jump all over the place, and he fact that the gas prevented ppl shooting him
....the military guys shot him when he was standing there in his first form, multiple times. Also, getting crushed by an elevated thing is not something you can just shrug off I hope you realize.
I will say it again curtis had more advantages over burkin like I said, yes he was shot a lot but he could use the amount of space to dodge the bullets. obvious getting crushed by the fallen elevator but look at the fact that the g virus monster is designed to take punishment. I prefured the burkin monster because of how relentless he was and how many times he kept coming back.
Would be great if the animated movie of this would have been based on the resident evil films, because there was none of the charecters in it cept for Jill and Carlos.
Like alice for instance, she was never in the games an was never really anything to do with the story at all an even better if they actually showed what happened when the same genetic coding of a G-Mutant implant the embryos into another with the same coding as their's an 1 that don't.
....Alice isn't a part of the storyline for the game universe of Resident Evil, she would never be in a Resident Evil movie that takes place in the video game universe.

no, Birkin and Curtis are both pretty much as resilient as each other. They mutate so drastically because they just simply inject the virus and aren't in cryogenic sleep to bond with it when they infect themselves. Also, when a G-mutant is mutating it isn't going to be the same as other G-mutants due to the various bodily damages of the individual that the virus must counteract when mutating.
plus you gotta think about RE makers are always wanting to make their monsters bigger than the last, i mean look at the RE2 mutated G and the outbreak mutated G, i mean come on thats just not fair
perhaps but one would assume that him being wounded would in fact not alter the mutation because he gets wounded a bunch of times in the game but still manages to mutate more powerfully, i think this guy just took a better splice of the g virus, sort of like the one that spawned off the G-mutant in resident evil outbreak, it is much bigger than the one birkin releases
ill believe that if you can explain why the birkin g larvea and the outbreak larvea are different, one theory may be the g mutations depend on the dna or rna, birkin was a pussy so maybe thats the reason for his mutation being smaller than this guys

There are actually some very common similarities between the two. Birkin's G2 form actually had a very skinny waist if you looked carefully... of course, that could just be the graphics of the game.
well, they were both in different conditions. William Birkin was shot before he was infected. Curtis was sort of doused with more firepower than either Claire or Leon gave Birkin probably causing for much faster mutations to counteract the damage done to the host.
Except the gestation rate was different because Birkin was at deaths door and Curtis was fully healthy. I love how the eye moves in the movie. It was awesome.
Curtis looks pretty badass in G2, imagine in G4 , or G5 :O it would rape birkin's ass.

well he was not defeated burkin was taken out a phew times has much as 4 times. it made no sence how they used the G virus in this one. curtis dodged a hell of a lot of bullets and I doubt he was shot much. it was the elivator hitting him which was the biggest hit he took. did the milatary even shoot him I doubt they did. what also give curtis 2 massive advantages,the building was destroyed giving curtis massive room to jump all over the place, and he fact that the gas prevented ppl shooting him

....the military guys shot him when he was standing there in his first form, multiple times. Also, getting crushed by an elevated thing is not something you can just shrug off I hope you realize.

I will say it again curtis had more advantages over burkin like I said, yes he was shot a lot but he could use the amount of space to dodge the bullets. obvious getting crushed by the fallen elevator but look at the fact that the g virus monster is designed to take punishment. I prefured the burkin monster because of how relentless he was and how many times he kept coming back.

Would be great if the animated movie of this would have been based on the resident evil films, because there was none of the charecters in it cept for Jill and Carlos.
Like alice for instance, she was never in the games an was never really anything to do with the story at all an even better if they actually showed what happened when the same genetic coding of a G-Mutant implant the embryos into another with the same coding as their's an 1 that don't.

Haha, That would have been insane if Curtis would have mutated to form 4. Curtis seems alot stronger then William, Isnt that because when William injected himself with the G-Virus he was near death and Curtis wasnt? I tried to draw what Curtis would look like in 3rd form, it turned out kinda weird cause I was having difficulty figuring out where to put the 2 other arms O.O

no, Birkin and Curtis are both pretty much as resilient as each other. They mutate so drastically because they just simply inject the virus and aren't in cryogenic sleep to bond with it when they infect themselves. Also, when a G-mutant is mutating it isn't going to be the same as other G-mutants due to the various bodily damages of the individual that the virus must counteract when mutating.

perhaps but one would assume that him being wounded would in fact not alter the mutation because he gets wounded a bunch of times in the game but still manages to mutate more powerfully, i think this guy just took a better splice of the g virus, sort of like the one that spawned off the G-mutant in resident evil outbreak, it is much bigger than the one birkin releases

ill believe that if you can explain why the birkin g larvea and the outbreak larvea are different, one theory may be the g mutations depend on the dna or rna, birkin was a pussy so maybe thats the reason for his mutation being smaller than this guys

The G-virus is one of the most unstable viral agents there is mutation-wise. Added to that, Birkin and Curtis both directly injected it into their bodies instead of bonding with it in cryogenic sleep.
Also, the larva are different due to the different genetic makeup of the different hosts.

ah so i was partly right, but it does make sense, what you said i mean about the unstable nature of the virus, since all of the tyrants looked similar enough that would make the T (i forgot the name) virus alot more stable compared to the g which, made no predictable mutations

There are actually some very common similarities between the two. Birkin's G2 form actually had a very skinny waist if you looked carefully... of course, that could just be the graphics of the game.

well, they were both in different conditions. William Birkin was shot before he was infected. Curtis was sort of doused with more firepower than either Claire or Leon gave Birkin probably causing for much faster mutations to counteract the damage done to the host.

Except the gestation rate was different because Birkin was at deaths door and Curtis was fully healthy. I love how the eye moves in the movie. It was awesome.
