  • The judges should not know which dishes belong to which chef .

  • the guests should not know the special ingredient

  • rice are the best!!

  • I love how the judges are marveling and raving about how original and incredible this is. . . and all I can see is a good bowl of (admittedly, high class) dolsot bibimbap.

  • im eatin rice now haha

  • originality of this plate? truly amazing chef.

  • Im really impressed with the variety of cultural dishes Mario has knowledge of. especially the bibimbap

  • DX Sorry, but the italian guy needs to shut up...he keeps interrupting the judges and being rude..

  • Oh wow. Batali made Bibimbap! Awesome.

  • @psych0 yeah, i thought that was incredibly cool of him as well. One of my favorite korean dishes.

  • mmmmmm-rice (drool)

  • omg there's freakin risotto on this page and you guys are arguing about god knows what

  • my man makin BIBIMBAP MADE A KOREAN PROUD

  • Chef Bartolotta (with fake italian accent) x 9999999

    -.-....

  • loooove horchata! ive made it with almonds before. so good!

  • god hes so interruptive

  • I just do not like Batali's personality he just makes me shudder at times, but he looks to be such a good chef.

  • .....considering he is actually gay i dont think that is an insult to him

  • @TheMrpalid you are a horrible, inconsiderate, immoral, ugly person

  • @whalewatcher321

    hey is gay tho

  • @Caladcholg you have a problem with that? ....i hope you can read this, i mean, someone who doesnt support gay rights is so primitive and un-educated.... oh sorry...were those words a little too big for ya, homophobe?

  • @whalewatcher321

Way to jump to conclusions there Captain Platitude.

  • @Caladcholg you call standing up for what you believe in and what is right a platitude? wow...we live in such a skrewed up society.

  • @whalewatcher321

No, but you insult other people by positing their beliefs pushing common sense (equality) as if it you are the sole enlightened. Should the person have replaced fag with another word when making his observation? Yes, but to lose your cool and by calling others ugly, immoral, homophobic, and uneducated (one word by the way) when they don't agree with you, whether you are right or not, that's primitive.

  • @Caladcholg I have seen first hand so many wonderful people that happen to be gay get hurt, both mentally and physically by people who think that they have the right to do horrible things to them, just because of the way they were born. I never said i was the sole enlightened, i just think that every person deserves happiness and love. Thanks for correcting my spelling, sorry my PhD is not in English, it's in Marine Biology.

  • @whalewatcher321

I don't think gays need you tracking down and degrading those who use the word "fag" on the internet. Gays are not children, they don't need white knights out there eager to prove to them that they civilized, educated, and not homophobic.

  • @Caladcholg Wow, I really hope you grow up someday, my closed-eye friend.

Do you even know my sexuality? I assume you are a women, and that English might not be your first language, but trust me, gays don't need you out there calling people on the internet close minded and such. You clearly mean well and have a good heart mon chica, lets just keep ® cool.

  • @Caladcholg Hahahaha, wow that kinda made my day. I hope that was a joke, or an unsuccessful attempt to "hurt my feelings". You seriously think that english is not my first language? Now whatever inconceivable notion would bring you to that conclusion. Talk about jumping to conclusions there, buddy. I bet you I have WAY more education than you do, so you might want to go contemplate that for a while.

Yes, Im a woman, and my best friend is gay. I love and respect him. EVERYONE deserves that.

  • @whalewatcher321

You are so sweet. If you notice, I neatly did not jump to conclusions, i simply postulated and questioned. I commend you for sticking up for diversity, as I do, but I think there are more constructive ways than insulting others. Ex uno disce omnes girl, keep fightin' the good fight.

The sea was angry that day, my friends - like an old man trying to send back soup in a deli. I got about fifty feet out and suddenly the great beast appeared before me. I tell you he was ten stories high if he was a foot. As if sensing my presence, he let out a great bellow. I said, "Easy, big fella!" And then, as I watched him struggling, I realized that something was obstructing its breathing. From where I was standing, I could see directly into the eye of the great fish.

  • @MidgarZolom mammal.

  • this has to be one of the best episodes to be a judge on

  • @doggieGZ I would much rather be a judge on the Kobe Beef or alaskan king crab episode. But I understand what your'e saying.

  • @benc512 I think rice is a bit more versatile than kobe and crab. Don't get me wrong, those are two mighty fine ingredients. But you can't make real sound deserts with beef or crab.

  • Cool 2 see an Italian judge "Fatto molto bene" "Delizioso Legero Fantastico" but im not too sure if Batali is italian

  • thanks for uploading!! =]

  • I'm hungry.
