Yes we wanted their oil so bad that's why we invaded Afghanistan who don't have oil. Well the Taliban wasn't created by the CIA, but sadly we let them take hold. We found and fought plenty of terrorists in Afghanistan. I love how many people are standing up for Saddam. Probably the same people who demand he be taken out for gassing his own people.
